We deliver Award Winning projects. Retrofit is where everything we do comes together — funding, design, installation and aftercare — and it is where RPS Group has built some of its strongest credentials. We help social landlords, local authorities and commercial clients take homes and buildings off gas and oil and onto low-carbon heat, at scale and to a measurable standard.

• Funding support — we help clients access and deliver against decarbonisation funding , e.g. PSDS, SHDF, HUG, BUS, ERDF, WH: SHF

• Whole-building design — heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, ventilation and the electrical and fabric works that make them perform.

• Installation at scale — delivered by our own directly-employed teams and specialist partners.

• Monitoring and maintenance — so the carbon and energy savings designed in are actually realised over time.

We deliver some of the largest net-zero retrofit programmes in the North, including multi-year heat pump schemes that install hundreds of low-carbon systems a year. Our award-winning decarbonisation work has been recognised nationally — and, just as importantly, it is delivered on time, on budget and to the standard our funding partners require.
