ASHP Maintenance Contract – South Lakes Housing

Our client South Lakes Housing has recently awarded RPS a 5 year contract for the Service and Maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps across their growing portfolio. This is one of the first contracts awarded across the Social Housing sector which solely focuses on the maintenance of Heat Pumps.

The contract was procured following a competitive tendering process ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money. The contract commenced in April this year and will run for five years, with an option to extend the contract for a further five years.

Just like any heating system, the efficiency of a heat pump hinges on proper maintenance.
